1 Kings chapter 10 is the chapter in which the kingdom of Solomon looks most glorious. The queen of Sheba came to see Solomon’s wisdom, and the people of the world desired to see his face. His riches and wisdom were greater than those of all the kings of the earth, and much gold and many presents came in year by year. Silver was as common as stones, the vessels of the palace were pure gold, and horses and chariots came in from Egypt.
